- Abbotsford: The City of Abbotsford requires property owners to clear snow or ice from sidewalks and footpaths around their property under the Good Neighbour Bylaw No.
- Chilliwack: The City of Chilliwack requires all owners of real property, residential and commercial, and/or tenants to clear the sidewalk adjacent to their property by noon the day following a snowfall (Highway and Traffic Bylaw).
- Langley: Langley is two separate municipalities with different bylaws.
- Surrey: The City of Surrey requires owners and occupiers to remove all snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways bordering their premises no later than 10 a.m.
